Do you charge per monitored item?
No. On Pro, you pay $14.99/mo flat and TonoDesk collects unlimited items across every source you configure. There are no per-item, per-search, or per-reply fees. The Free tier is capped at 50 items/month across 1 search; you'll never be surprise-billed for going over — we simply pause new item collection until the next month.
Do the AI-drafted replies auto-send?
No. Never. TonoDesk drafts replies for your operator to review — a human clicks Send. This is a hard product rule: no auto-reply, no auto-DM. The AI's job is to save you time thinking of what to say, not to decide when to say it.
Which platforms do you monitor?
X (Twitter) and Reddit on every tier. Hacker News, Product Hunt, and Indie Hackers on Pro and Teams. New sources ship as adapters — send us a note at demo@beatura.com if you need one that isn't listed.
How do the 6 reply styles work?
Each AI-draft picks from six shapes — quote-agree, follow-up question, personal experience, specific takeaway, validation add, counter perspective — so your account doesn't hit X's bot-detection heuristics from posting six variations of the same encouraging quote. The style used is shown on each draft so you can rotate manually if you don't like it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your settings page or Stripe Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to Pro features until then. No retention calls, no dark patterns.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your campaigns and monitor items are preserved for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything to CSV at any time. If you re-upgrade within 30 days, nothing is lost. Otherwise data is permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
